In the article “The growing Male bodies”, it talked about how men have to be strong and have dences muscles with little body fat (Men’s). That is the expectation that men have today. Craig also had to have a body that was similar to a male's body in the 1970’s. An actor in the 1970s, Yul Brynner, was similar to Daniel Craig because like I stated before, both had to have very strong and tone bodies to fulfill the bodies for their roles (The). But, the reality is there is no such thing as a perfect body. Actors and actresses and some celebrities make us look in shame as they have those chiseled abs and huge biceps. Social media has made it more demanding to get a good body because we see pictures of bodies that we desire on Instagram or Twitter. I bet having a perfect body was demanding in the past, but it is much more demanding today. If an actress doesn't have curves, she is most likely going to lose the role to a woman who does have curves or be forced to work out, even if she is a good
