Essay On Changing Driving Age To 18

Many States have increased the driving age from 16 to 18. This was brought to my State's School board's attention because of safety concerns. This seems to be a very controversial issue, mostly among the teenagers and adults. They honestly should just leave the situation, at hand alone, because it's time for kids to grow up, it is never too early to learn new things, and it helps parents out. First of all, with all of the technological advancements and new and improved things being invented on a daily basis, It would be fair to say that today's society is "spoiled." There comes a time in everyone's life when it's time to make a transition from being a kid to being an adult and grow up. What better way to make that transition than to start driving? At the time, I would always hate hearing someone complain about it, but now since I have my license, Ill almost catch myself complaining about the same things.
