One of the things I enjoyed the most about the documentary was how each story was presented by the actual individual suffering from the mental illness, providing us-the viewer with more details than what we are capable of reading in a textbook or while attending a presentation from an expert. While the video was very insightful, it did not change my perspective or view on those suffering from mental illnesses. I have prior knowledge on mental illnesses; moreover, I have a relative who suffers from mental illness, I believe those personal experiences helped me appreciate, understand and more importantly educate myself on mental illnesses.

These two entities should work closely together to establish mandatory health screening for mental illness for the youth. More importantly, there should be more efforts on public awareness and educational seminars around the country should be made available.
