This gives them more advantage of having better leadership skills, but as for those who cannot handle their time properly or not perform well will be de-motivated because they will believe that they don’t have the best abilities like the employees that are well organised. Their low spirits has to be raised by other methods of motivation other than employee recognition since it is essential for employers to remove staff intentions of leaving their jobs. It has been proven that if employees leave, it will be expensive for employers to recruit staff and train them to cover the lost
