One of the most serious problem that are killing people all over the world is smoking. Many people start to smoke because of their personal issues, causing them stress and high blood pressure. This a very horrible habit that is very difficult to break. Even smoking one cigarette can cause can lead to major addiction. When someone decides to smoke a cigarette they are not just causing harm to themselves but others around them. Smoking does many terrible things to one 's body that most people are not informed of. Almost everyone knows that smoking causes cancer and heart disease and that it can shorten someone 's life by ten years or more. Smoking habits can cost a smoker thousands of dirhams a year. Smoking is a difficult obsession to break because the tobacco in cigarettes contains nicotine, which nicotine is very addictive. There are many effects of smoking. Smoking is a highly harmful addiction, causing harm to bodies and deadly diseases; society must continue to take steps to end it.
