Other regulating bodies will become involved e.g crisis care and the authorites in order to make the best decision about the childs care, Working in a multidisaplinary team.
It is very important that staff continuing developing and learning as it identifies where certain gaps and in capabilities which you may have. It also helps people focus on learning from experiences, reflective learning and review. CDP also identifies further developmental needs which the staff may have and so therefore they are able to improve on this and therefore direct their organisation or setting in order to promote better well-being for service users.
