Folk Story Analysis: Disney's Frozen

Folk tale analyses I decided to do the snow queen for my paper, I chose this story because I love Disney's Frozen and this story is where the inspiration for frozen came from.The snow queen is a story about two little kids who are best friends kai and Gerta who do everything together. They live right next door to each other and the have a garden that connects to their bedroom so they can just go out the window and plant flowers in their garden. One night the children went to Gertas house and gertas grandmother tells them a story about the evil snow queen and how she is so mean and evil and how she can change the weather anytime she wants. Kai says that he is not scared of the snow queen and that he is not afraid of her while him and gerta are laughing and dancing around it starts to blizzard outside. When the children look out the window the doors burst open and Kai gets a snowflake in the eye and a sharp pain in his chest given by the snow queen she put a spell on him. After everything calms down gerta asked Kai if he is ok Kai gets really mean and tells her to leave him alone. The next day gerta sees Kai outside with his sled and she goes to play with him, he tells her once again to leave her alone but she insist on sledding with him she tells him that she will not …show more content…
While this is all happening the snow queen is watching and is getting very mad but lets them go . Kia and Greta go home and remain planting flowers on their window. What I took from this story was be careful what you say cause you might just get it. Also I took from this story that true friends are hard to find and if you have a true friend you should fight for your
