• someone who is descent of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander,
• who identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and
• Is accepted as such by the community in which they live, or have lived.
• Dreamtime or Dreaming stories are the Aboriginal belief in relation to the events of creation for every living being in the world.
• The Dreamtime is the foundation of knowledge and the creation of law.
• The Dreaming are stories of great spiritual value used to define the ancestor spirits as creators of the world and what is contains.
