There are countless examples to show why people should not eat fast foods. A certain question that occurred is “does fast food play a role in heart issues?”. To support this question I went to “Livestrong.com” which shows that fast food places often contain a lot of salt, fat, calories and cholesterol. These things are unhealthy for the heart. Population studies have also identified a link between fast food consumption and an upsurge in developing heart disease. Also, the University of Minnesota School of Public Health researchers has examined eating habits of adults. The study found that consuming fast food once a week increases the risk of dying from coronary heart disease by 20%. The risk
