Free will and determinism are one of the many key issues in the psychology world. Free will is the idea that people are in control of their lives and decisions. That people are responsible for their actions when they are good or bad. Whereas determinism is the idea that people make the decision based on forces that they cannot control. These two issues surface in many areas of the psychology world such as behavioral psychology and humanistic psychology.
