1. Lennie is accused of rape after grasping a girls dress. George hides with Lennie in a ditch to avoid conflict 2. Lennie and George camp at the Salinas River and eat beans and ketchup the day before heading to the ranch to work.
3. Carlson puts down Candy's dog after convincing him that it is no good.
4. Lennie and George talk about their plans to start a farm 5. Lennie takes one of Slims puppies to the barn, but sadly he accidentally kills it due to his strength

Lennie has shown his ignorance throughout the whole book, and sometimes George is fed up with his behavior and lets him know by shouting, "You Crazy Bastard," and ,"You crazy fool." (Steinbeck 3, 8, and 9)
Throughout "Of Mice and Men" by John Steinbeck, the phrase " give me hell" is constantly being used by
