In “Of Mice And Men” by John Steinbeck, George & Lennie are in search of a good outside of Weed. It has to be outside of Weed because a very serious incident that had happened. It was a misunderstanding but George & Lennie decided to leave to avoid the trouble. Throughout the story, George treats Lennie with so much compassion,love, and kindness & Lennie is very thankful for george. I believe that readers would understand how loving one could be to another person.

In the beginning of the book, it starts off describing the scenery you’re not introduced to any character in the first part of the story. Sooner or later, Lennie & George were introduced they were the first characters introduced then, George & Lennie set out to get a job. They eventually made it to the farm they were supposed to be at. They arrived a day late because they missed the bus they didn’t really miss the bus the bus driver lied to George. They finally get to the farm and they meet another farmer, Slim then they go to meet the owner of the farm, Candy.

Curly was trying to be tough one day and he would most likely regret that for the rest of his life. He got his hand crushed by Lennie because he was picking on him and beat him up so George told Lennie to fight back and he did so Lennie crushed Curley’s hand, but everyone said that Curley hand was crushed by a machine. Sometime later, there was a horseshoe tournament and Lennie was very hesitant to talk to her at first because he didn’t wanna get in trouble sooner or later he finally gave into her and started talking to her. She let Lennie pet her hair because it was softa and she knew Lennie liked soft things so then he started but wouldn’t stop when she asked him to. So she was about to start screaming but Lennie strangled her because he was scared, he killed curry’s
