Therefore, an investigator must be honest and have a lot of integrity because it is easy for someone without either of these qualities and in need of some form of financial help to be paid off in order to lose some evidence. They must always put their personal feelings aside because when it comes to a crime the evidence is the most important item for a guilty or innocent verdict because in some cases without it a criminal could commit a crime and go free because of the lack of evidence. Therefore, they have to be willing to do their job to the best of their ability without any problems. Therefore, this would wave their educational requirements because education is important but somethings cannot be taught in a classroom. Furthermore, on the job training is sometimes the best training because a person can see first-hand what happens in the field and how they are properly supposed to handle certain situations. Yet, they can learn things in a classroom that cannot be taught in the field a lot of people are hands on people and learn better by doing the job and not learning it from a book.
