Classical Management Theory uses approaches such as scientific management, administrative management and bureaucratic management as ways of communicating in the organization. The scientific method seeks to find that “one best way” through division of labor and hierarchy (p. 88). The bureaucratic method proposes guidelines for procedures and the administrative method focuses on managerial functions and duties.
