Culture Shift Analysis After evaluating the increased revenue, public/patient view, and employee contentment one could argue that the culture shift greatly improved UCH as a company. The steps of evaluating patient feedback and improving employee programs made great strides in improving the image of the company. An improved company culture helps lead to more effective employees and continued company success (Simeon, 2010). Even though UCH has made tremendous paces forward there is always more to complete. A company cannot become complacent and no longer continue to improve.
Other Companies Utilizing UCH Culture Shift Beyond the success of UCH other hospitals have the opportunity to learn from UCH’s achievements. As stated earlier there are over 5000 hospitals registered in the U.S. and all of them are striving to be the best.
