I Abstract
Computer technology has been known as the support for progress all over the world. In fact, the present century has taken big steps for progress, from traditional to high information technology. We are now in the computerized world, where our skills will lead us in the easiest way in order to reach our goals and dreams to improve our way of living. People are now using computers on their daily lives, but many small businesses and schools are not yet using computers efficiently and effectively and other are still using manual system.
The grading system has a variety of positive aspects. I believe without this system, we wouldn’t be able to determine how students are doing academically. The reason for creating this system was

Manual computation is very prompt to risk for any circumstances. It is time consuming in terms of computing and recording grades. If some records are lost, they never retrieve it in case of unexpected calamity. (Hirscheein, 2003)

Centralized Grading System is the automatic transfer and positioning of work by machines, or the automatic operation and control of a work process by machines, without significant human intervention or operation, in order to improve performance.

Computer software and hardware play an important role in Centralized Grading Systems. Computers control and manage the automation of both physical tasks and analytical tasks.
Grading System is designed to provide incentive reward for achievement and assist in identifying problems of the student. Grading System is the most commonly used in computing and analyzing the performance, talent and skills of students.

It is the important record to keep even for the longest time for the referral and credentials of the student to enter their next level of attaining their goals. It is the tract record that recognizes of one student, this maybe use for analyzing of your attitude and values. (Heeres, 2002)
