This traveling was designed to bring Church closer to all nations, and show its “missionary spirit of Vatican II” (Allen Jr.). John Paul II was a true “good will ambassador to the world,” he managed to modernize the Church's “relationship with both Judaism and Islam at the same time” (Allen Jr.). This prayers were answered at the last conclave, when Pope Francis was chosen to lead Catholics. With his great humility, concern for the poor and humble approach to the papacy, he leads the Church using the Management by Means Approach. Upon many diagnosis and analysis (SWOT), he learned to believe, that if the Church pursues his duties in the correct way, the positive outcome will result. With the most recent series of strategic changes in the effort to better serve and gain trust of the Catholic society, as well as target customers/potential new entrants, Pope Francis is much more responsive to the real needs of people who were marginalized by the catholic faith. With the newest strategic changes, divorce people will no longer be denied a sacrament of communion, marriage annulments will be now less expensive and faster to receive, due to more empowerment of the local cardinals and bishops; and the abortion although still condemned by the Church - may be absolved.
