BRIEF SUMMARY
Fairmont Hotels and Resorts is a luxury hotel brand found all over the world and is known as a company to acquire the hotels that were the building blocks of cities across North America. From the Castle Properties in Western Canada, to the prestigious Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver, to the Savoy in London, Fairmont has created a truly unique and diverse luxury hotel brand to fit anyone’s style. Fairmont Hotels and Resorts was founded in 1907 with the first ever hotel with the Fairmont name attached to it being the Fairmont San Francisco. Over time Fairmont acquired many other hotels across Canada and the United States, including CP Hotels in 1999 expanding their brand throughout Canada. Most Fairmont Hotels are not just based on rooms. Many have a spa, restaurants and coffee shops. In some of the resort properties you can even find convenience stores and boutiques right in the hotel. In addition, Fairmont also partners with other hotel chains including Swisshotel, Raffles Hotels ITNL and most recently Accor Hotels.

Fairmont Hotels and Resorts pride themselves on their unique vision statement: “Provide experiences that are authentically local, in hotels and resorts of unrivalled presence, with service that is truly engaging.” In addition their mission to “turn moments into memories for our guests” truly shows their purpose to put the guest first and create lasting impressions on guests to keep them loyal to the Fairmont brand.
