The company I chose is VMware INC (NYSE:VMW).VMware is software virtualization and cloud computing based company headquartered in Palo Alto, CA. EMC corporation acquired VMware in 2005,but VMware operated separately but as a subsidiary of EMC corporation. Software of VMware primarily runs on Windows, MAC OS & Linux. The server virtualization software’s are VMware ESX and VMware ESXI. Basically Virtualization means that the operating system could be used without the requirement of additional hardware.

The company never in its past or in its future is contemplating to pay any dividends. All of the companies retained earnings are being reinvested in the R&D or into future projects. The company recently announced of starting a new company for cloud based computing. It’s a good sign as the future of Technology is cloud computing.

Some of the attributes could be Acquisitions, Common Stock repurchased, Net Income, Research and Development. Also the latest market news should also be considered. I have been personally following the stock since many months because I own stocks in this company and I personally think the stock price would rise to around $80. On October 31 2015 VMware stock closed at $60.15. So based on above data I would recommend this stock to be bought at around $ 58 and sell it at around $80. Also VMware announced recently that it would start a new company for cloud computing which is a good sign for
