BUS 1101 COURSE FORUM UNIT 1.

WHA SKILLS AND/OR KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO MANAGEMENT DO YOU HAVE AT THIS TIME.
First and foremost I will like to defined management as the ability to get a job done through others, either enterprise or organization. Any individual who performed that task successfully is person is referred to as a manager, but that’s not all, management could be differ in many ways. It has to do with managing your personal activity on daily basis as well. Example are:
1. Time management in regards to appointment and job schedule.
2. Administration in regards to keeping all your document and paper in a unique and orderly manner.
3. Proper management of your monthly income to avoid unnecessary utility bill embarrassment. These are the few skill and knowledge that I possess as a person, of which I does not need someone expertise to carry out. WHAT I WANT TO LEARN DURING THIS COURSE.
I will like to use this opportunity to improve the basic knowledge I had in aspect of management, not only managing my daily activities but the ability to manage group of people through critical thinking and innovation to achieve the goal of an organization or company both local and international.
