5. Communication is king
It’s a common mistake, we think we hear something, we misremember a conversation, we focus on one sentence in an email and gloss over the rest, we make assumptions. We strive to always keep the lines of communications open and we encourage you to regularly communicate and address any arising issues directly, a lack of communication is usually at the root of a lot of mistakes or problems. In the event of any mistakes we will always have a backup plan. If we do something that’s incorrect, it’s not the end of the world. We will ensure we make it good.
