Whist we have a programme for your home, and are competent at minimising delays, we know from experience that things don’t always go to plan on a construction site. These can be Internal delays- Shortage of materials, late delivery or wrong delivery, sub-contractors schedule and external causes such as inclement weather, machinery not able to operate due to soggy soil etc., client initiated variations which affect the cost and schedule. 5. Communication is king
It’s a common mistake, we think we hear something, we misremember a conversation, we focus on one sentence in an email and gloss over the rest, we make assumptions. We strive to always keep the lines of communications open and we encourage you to regularly communicate and address any arising issues directly, a lack of communication is usually at the root of a lot of mistakes or problems. In the event of any mistakes we will always have a backup plan. If we do something that’s incorrect, it’s not the end of the world. We will ensure we make it good.

The long and narrow path led up to a strong yet aged wooden door that stood at the foot of the house. The house held nine people, three cats, and many tribulations to come. At first glance the house might’ve seemed ordinary; it had five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, living room, kitchen etc.…
