Building a custom home or renovating an existing one can be an emotional and stressful time but it can also be one of the most rewarding experiences - provided you know what to expect. The more you know about the homebuilding process, the more enjoyable your experience is likely to be, and the more at ease you will be in surrendering to the process. Before you embark on your next build its important to be informed and consider all aspects of what to expect. We have compiled a list of the most common things to expect when you build.
1. The messy factor!
We always strive to ensure that your project is given the all the love and attention it deserves. During the Building process however you can expect mess, and that is just an unavoidable part of the process. However, where possible we will always strive to minimize this and maintain a tidy and organised site. Materials storage and waste management strategies will be taken into consideration and we take specific measures to protect the general public.

2. Delays & Interruptions!
It is inevitable that delays will occur during the construction of a project. No matter how detailed the advanced planning or how intricate the contract documents, it is impossible to totally remove the reality of construction delay.
