Before women were seen as the people who couldn't have an education so they didn't learn to read or write, they were seen as people who had to strictly stay at home and be housewives. But as time went on everyone got the rights they deserved. They were all born free. They got property, security, liberty, and resistance to oppressions. Anyone who was for change in France loved this because they saw that France got the change they needed to make sure people got the rights and freedom they deserved. Not one person was seen as better then anyone who higher than anyone. Man and women got an education that was necessary and they got freedom.

This could be seen with a connection to when the us got equal rights. When women were able to vote, when slavery was abolished, and when colored and whites were able to go to the same school or ride next to each other on the bus. When rosa parks was arrested for not giving up her seat to a white person, colored people didn't have the same equal rights as whites. But eventually segregation was abolished and women got more equal rights, and soon everyone was seen as equal no matter what gender, race, nationality, etc. we all got equal
