Why is it in society we have bad work ethics. What is so hard with going to work, doing your job and then go home. No in my community we show up for work when we want to. Play on our phone and the computers as much as we want when we are at work. and lastly go home when ever we want. If company s would set rules that workers would be disaplined if they are caught on the phone at work or showing up late for work. the companys would have to follow thou and wright the people up or may even have to fire them for there wrong doing.
