It is a fact that security plays a major role in welfare of an organization. Security services is a group bund by goal to protect any organization that includes the employees, equipment, infrastructure and most importantly delicate information. So as a team of two individuals we decided to propose a security consulting firm and decided to launch it as Chip Security Services.

Breaking the code of ethics ensures a reaction by the company and the outcomes will be serious. In order to avoid this position our company recommends or requests its employees to read the manuals where the ethical codes are mentioned. It states the consequences that an employee has to face when he damages the rules. Sometimes without the notice of the employee, he/she may violate a code of ethic. In that case, the ethical officer will give a verbal warning, if the same repeat then a written statement is
