Will this proposed regulation affect you or the business in which you are working? If so, how? Submit a copy of the proposed regulation along with your responses to these five questions. The proposed legislation protect the filer and the client by ensuring that the preparer of returns is well trained and obtains the ongoing education needed to stay up to date in all tax law related matter. The new legislation will include oversight and monitoring agencies and the registration fee that will be required is a necessary component. However, without funding the legislation will not have the administrative support it will need to function. A properly funded article of legislation stands a greater chance of establishing itself effective than one that is not. And to this end I support the benefit that will be provided by limiting the access of those who can legally prepare a tax return and the newly proposed legislation and the fees required to make it work.
