This is not a matter of whether we agree with the effects or toles marijuana takes on the human body, but whether we as a government have a right to interfere and we don’t. At the end of the day it is not the federal government nor the state government who should prevail, but the people’s say who should trump all matters. In this given situation, the people’s voice is backed up by the states and there is nothing the constitution states against that. We must look at the big picture and realize this is something larger than us. This is something that affects our communities, our neighbors, maybe even our loved ones and our founding fathers did not create the constitution to protect us from all harm, but moreover to let justice prevail. By leaving these decisions as a matter of the states, we are leaving the rights in the hands of the people where they should have never
