To the second question “Do you feel tired in the morning after using your phone”, 50% said yes and 50% said no. For my third question the results are 100% said yes and 0% said no. Lastly for my fourth question, This source is credible because i asked the people i trust to answer to the survey and most of them said yes/no to the corresponding which ties into the other sources saying that blue light affects sleep the answers tie in because in one of my sources (source 4) The subject of using you phone before bed is causing sleep problems has been proven scientifically so the majority who said yes is credible. The credibility of my second question is good because it ties in to source 1, the teens who did not use their phones before bed woke up more refreshed.
