To illuminate, the FDA should get rid of the animal tests, because scientists are not receiving authentic percentages. Clearly, animal testing is not reliable.

“The scientific community has wasted $20 million taxpayer dollars, exposing animals to drugs for a variety of arbitrary and pointless tests” (McDaniel 4). To clarify, the government continues to give out money to retest the same drug over and over again, for a senseless reason.
Furthermore, people express that instead of spending money on feeding animals cocaine and nicotine, the government should pay for things that benefit people in the society. The report,

Raising taxes is also feasible because it helps provide quicker. For example, Nicholas states, “ Generating new resources quickly: A modest sales tax increase could go into effect almost immediately. A one percentage point (one penny) increase in the sales tax would generate nearly $1 billion in the current budget cycle to help maintain core health and education structures.”( Nicholas ). This reflects how taxes is convenient because it is a quick solution. Taxes are also a great way to gain more money by just raising taxes by just a few pennies. It is also a simple solution that the government can easily approve and people can vote on by being convinced.
The lack of fundings for schools is a problem that is being ignored, or just not considered as much. If they were to raise taxes, the problem would be solved, in a way. It is possible to do easily and it is also convenient. It would keep the amount of days per week children go to school at five days instead of reducing it to four. Getting donations is not as reliable because not everyone has the time or the money to do so. In the end, raising taxes is the best and most reliable solution for helping with the lack of
