Angelina's Love For Acting Analysis

Although Angelina had a stormy, unpredictable early years, one thing that seemed to be a saving grace was her love of acting and the arts. This is indicative of Openness, as Open people usually have a great love of art and can become easily absorbed in these things. According to Daniel Nettle, “Openness is a strong predictor of participation in artistic and cultural activities of all kinds”(184). She learned her love for acting, while her mom took her along to Manhattan on auditions and she was exposed to the rougher, edgier world. When they moved back to Los Angeles, Angelina attended the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute’s Young Actors Program. She was into her own thing, wearing second hand clothes, playing with knives and had sex at fourteen.
