In the episode Stan questions many things: whether or not their is a God, his faith, and why things happen the way they do. Stan feels envy for Cartman since he received a million dollars when he clearly didn't deserve it. Stan then finds out he has hemroid, which leads him to the question of why good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people. During this time Cartman is getting more lucky while Stan's hemroid is only getting worse.
The series of unfortunate events lead Stan to want to renounce his faith. Stan argues that "if their is a God why would he punish the good people and reward the bad". His dream of having an amusement park all to himself is now ruined because he has to let people in. This causes him to give back the amusement park; to make matters worse is charged with tax fraud and stripped of his money. Kyle uses this as an opportunity to take Stan to witness Cartman lose everything he has. This leads Stan to a full recovery of his hemroid illness and faith in God. Kyle then tells Stan that God punished Cartman by letting him have his dream then taking it all away along with his happiness. This ending proves to Stan that their is a God because justice had finally caught up to
