Health Care System is the maintenance and improvement of physical and mental health, especially through the provision of medical services. Even Though, America was not in a better stage in the Healthcare system comparing to the western countries, still, it gave free health care services to the people depending on the incomes and legalizations. America is the 37th ranked country which gives better health care, according to the World Health Organization. Although, United States spends more money on Healthcare than other countries. According to many researchers, American performance management of Health Care system was instantly lacked which is why America was in the last place compared to the other countries, however, The Affordable Act helped the United States to move out from the last place by giving the Health Insurance to 50 million lower class people.
In the United States, market based health insurance caused a human rights conflict that people who need the most health care, however, they are the one who deprives the most. Millions of people in the United States are living without the health insurance, which is why over thousands of people are dying per year. According to many surveys, there are about 33 million people are living without Health Insurance in the United States.
