Describe the life of a Puritan child.
A Puritan child dresses like an adult, 6 and up. From their fathers, boys learned to cultivate oats, wheat and other crops, and care for livestock. From their mothers, girls learned to mamke candles, and soap, cook sew, and care for children. They were treated like adults, and sent away as an apprentice from the age 14. There was no runnung on the sabbath or else the punishment was spanking.
Explain the 3 different types of colonies.
Crown/Royal-ruled by the king, owned by the king, governer appointed by the king.

Proprietary-ruled by one proprietor. Owned by the king. governer appointed the proprietor.

Self- governing- governer elected by voters, owned by the people, but king has final say.
