Homicide?

- When someone kills someone



- Can mean a person is Guilty or Innocent


- Happens even if no crime was committed simultaneously

- You killed in the act of another crime

Killing an officer = bad since they are enforcers of law who should not be attacked.

Level-One Assault?

- When force is applied to someone without consent


- Could be a threatening gesture (not words)

- Caused with weapon use


- Relates to non life-threatening injuries

Aka "bodily harm"

Level-Three Assault?

- The victim dies


- Life threatening injury


- Permanent injury

Aka "Aggravated assault"

Abduction?

- Forcible removal of an unmarried person under the age of 16 from parents/guardian

Sexual Assault (LVL 1)?

- Occurs when sexual conduct takes place without their consent


- No inflicted injuries

Sexual Assault (LVL 2)?

- Occurs when threats or weapons are used

- Includes life-threatening injuries
