Agreements made between Churchill and Stalin on how Europe would be split up. Written by Churchill on a document and supposedly chekcmarked by Stalin. But both East and West aredv discussing future Europe. Good terms at this point?

-War isn't completely over yet but Germany's defeat is certain.


-Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin meet in Yalta.


-Most pressing concern is the division of Germany but it is here that it decided that it will be split up into 4 zones for (USA, USSR, Britain and France).


Self-determonation is also decided here and this is where idea of UN springs up. (Stalin wants to keep influence with a communist government however.


-Grand Alliance is still strong
