Behavior (B) is a function (f) of the person interacting with the environment. If you change the players (p) in an environment (e), different behaviors might emerge. If you change the environment but keep the same players, you will again get different behaviors.

Pertains to the design of the meeting environment and creating one to increase the likelihood that you can achieve your desired results given what you know about the likely attendees.
