Dx: mandibular prognathism, gropping lower lip and short upper lip, parrot beak nose and proptopic eyes
craniofacial dysostosis
Dx: depressed nasal bridge, epicanthal folds, mongoloid slant of eyes, low set ears and large tongue

Hurler syndrome
