Alleged disability: Heart pace maker implanted, mental issues, and headaches.
The claimant reported that she had a hard time being around others, did not trust people and had a “hurtful past.” She experienced numerous headaches during the week, in spite of treatment. She was sensitive to light, noise, and heat and had to find a quiet place; she mostly stayed in her room. She was often lightheaded and needed to rest frequently. She also indicated that experienced anxiety and panic attacks.

Decision under Review:
Per the Disability Determination (06/15/2017), the claimant’s disability began on 03/31/2017. The primary diagnosis was cardiac arrhythmia. The secondary diagnosis was migraine.

Per 2009 records, the claimant had a history of anxiety y depression since childhood, as well as suicidal ideation. The diagnoses listed included major depressive disorder, panic disorder with agoraphobia, and generalized social phobia.

Per medical records (2016-2017), the claimant had a history of heart issues that required the implantation of a permanent pacemaker in 2016. She also had a history of pulmonary hypertension, asthma, osteoarthritis, high blood pressure, and back pain. She also had a history of depression and severe headaches. She underwent radiological studies that showed no evidence of acute intracranial process; she was diagnosed with chronic migraine without aura. The claimant’s neurologist indicated that she received treatment for chronic migraines, generalized epilepsy, and epileptic syndrome.
