What does it mean if someone is healthy?

Being free from any infection or disease

What is meant if someone is fit?

Fitness is a measure of how well you perform in physical tasks

It can cause blood vessels to burst, this can lead to strokes, brain damage and kidney damage

How can high blood pressure be decreased?

Eating a balanced diet and getting regular exercise, sometimes drugs are used

What can a low blood pressure cause?

A low blood pressure causes poor circulation, tissues don't get enough food and oxygen, this causes dizziness and can lead to the person fainting
