Toxic leadership is when an individual in a leadership position puts their needs before their Soldiers. Their image is more important and so all outcomes and actions only reflect on what they want. They view themselves above all others and feel that their self worth is far beyond anyone else's comprehension.

The Soldier that holds the senior rank.

What is meant by the term "command"?

Command is the exercise of authority appointed by rank or assignment over their subordinates.
