Mass Emails

When sending mass emails you can send a max of 250 emails at a time. A company is limited to 100 emails a day.

Emails can be tracked in

Activity List and also related list in the accounts and contacts.

Products can have different prices in different price books.

On an opportunity you can only use one price book at a time.

If the product has both quantity and revenue schueduling

First Quantity is calculated and then the revenue is divided.

Closed - Total number of opportunities you have won in a forecast period

Commit - Commit is the amount of Opportunities you believe you can win in a forecast period. The commit is made up of won opportunities and the ones you are going to win.

Best Case - The total amount you could bring in if all things go right. best case = Closed + Commit + Best Case.

Pipeline - Sum of all the open opportunities in a forecast period.



Omitted - Contains all the opportunities you have lost or the opportunities you want to omit from the forecast.
