Matter of fact, sending emails or memos can be very complex procedure that can be approached from every conceivable angle for the best results. When it comes to understanding all elements of communication process leaders need to apply them effectively (Facey, 2002a).
Careful planning and overseeing lucidity and accuracy of messages are key factors. Sadly, many communication efforts only center the delivery of a message, and disregard the vital planning and management of the process. The speed of technology through channels like emails and intranet, are often mistakenly compared to effective communication (Facey, 2002a).
Each time a member of an organization sends a message there are three important factors to consider. One is to pick an effective medium whether it be digital in nature, print, or broadcasting. Secondly, is outcome, know what you want to accomplish.
