Through the human history, human beings have been establishing their own cultures in various ways. Since the ancient times, human developed the way how they can survive themselves and it made people to be together. By the time goes, people established community and it formed as the ‘country’. When the country formed in formal way, people started sharing their opinions, rules, instructions, and even their life styles. Among this processes, it has been settled as a certain way and people called it ‘culture’. As the single voice influences on people to getting the notion of the clarity of their identities, it influences further more for human beings’ lives. Smith introduces the black community story which is a great example to show the remarkable advantage of taking single voice. She says that “maintained the voice was at the very heart of the thing; fail to keep it real there and you’d never see your Blackness again” (255). Black people need to have strong and unified voice to survive from the discrimination. To survive among the people, they choose to keep their real identity: Blackness and spend efforts to maintaining the voice. While it processes, it works as like meme that “all they want is to be passed on to the next generation (Blackmore 35)”. Through the memes view, maintaining single voice passed on person to person and people gains advantages from its progress. There are still certain ways of discrimination but the single voice bring the better world for black people and support them to survive. As a result, they actually remain their ‘real’ identities; they call “blackness”. Thus, passing single voice from person to person assists whole community to survive and remains their coherent ‘real’
