What makes a person blind? The state of being blind can be both physical and emotional. Physically you can literally be blind and not have the ability to see anything around you. Emotionally you can be blind in the sense of ignorance and love. There is some what of an old saying that love is blind; I believe that love can be blind. Being blind to love is in the state of which you are in love but don’t even know it. It’s like being an amazing singer and not even noticing it. Not noticing until someone tells you how amazing you are at singing and they wish they could sing that well. These are the types of things that make a person blind. It can be taken into a deeper sense of being. The five senses are what makes a person relate to the world around them. The five senses are sight, touch, taste, hearing, and smell. One gets in touch with Mother Nature simply by using any of the five senses. For example, the clothes you wear are made out of a variety of different materials, touch allows you to feel the fabrics and decide which you like and which you dislike. The same goes for the rest of the senses. Furthermore, the sense I could live without would be sight. First, I could live without sight because it would enhance all the other senses. When you can’t see anything it tends to alter your other sense and kick them into overdrive because you seem to sense and touch things with more wonder and curiosity than ever before.
