How many times have we heard of military soldiers going on a mission to end a war or destroy the enemy? America has been training many young teens to become marines and soldiers. During 2003, our government was under the Bush Presidency. George W. Bush had to come up with a plan to protect his people from war after the 9/11 attack which left many families in shock of what have transpired. In the article written by John Stoessinger and Marvin Gentlemen explains the risks and actions the America President takes to ensure that America was safe. Those two articles briefly explain the concept associated with the Iraq invasion as Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden was the main target for the 9/11 attack. President George W. Bush main focus was to ensure that another mass destruction does not happen again. Therefore, he had to come up with a plan such as gathering forces for nearby countries such as North Korean, Russia and China to help United States of America. His plan was to create a stronger military force and nuclear weapons to destroy all weapons of mass destruction and Saddam Hussein’s terrorist group. George W. Bush tried to find a peaceful solution to have Saddam Hussein arrested and give up his weapons, but his attempt was a failure which lead him to war. On the other hand, Saddam Hussein and his followers have been relaying on the words of God Prophet Mohamed to destroy the enemy and take over what they have.
