Tony Dungy (2010) once said, "The secret to success is good leadership, and good leadership is all about making the lives of your team members and workers better." A good leader is participative and accepts input from their team members or peers, a good leader works together with his team, not alone, and a good leader never leaves anyone behind. According to The Biography (2015), Tony Dungy was born on October 6, 1995, in Jackson, Michigan. He was a football player in the National Football League for three seasons and he began his coaching career in 1980. Dungy guided the Indianapolis Colts to a Super Bowl victory in 2007. Tony Dungy was not only a football player or a coach, he was a leader, a well-respected leader who changed lives day after day. Tony Dungy 's memoir Quiet Strength written by himself and Nathan Whitaker is a great biography which tells the story of Dungy 's life. This memoir also presents many leadership theories such as being a role model and earning trust as a team leader.

As Tony Dungy grew into his adulthood, he spoke to many youth groups and has spoken in a ministry in a prison to share positive influence to the youths and prisoners.
