According to Niles, (2018), manage care organizations, were introduced forty years ago as a delivery system organized to manage health care cost, utilization and quality. Manage care is also referred to as the cost management system of health care services (Niles, 2018). Health care services provided by providers or a group or organizations of health care medical services, offer managed care health, designed to provide a wide variety of quality care (Niles, 2018).
