The True Knot Summary

Improved Essays
Dan moves to New Hampshire, U.S. and works at a nursing home. Dan gets contacted by a girl named Abra who shines more than he’s ever seen. Abra realizes that she’s in danger because a group known as The True Knot, who kill children with the shining to feed off of their steam, are after her. She goes to Dan for help.
The True Knot locates Abra and tell her to meet them at the Overlook. Dan and Abra defeat The True Knot and now that all is well, Dan continues to work at the nursing home and remains sober.
