We recently watched a movie in class called the profit where this guy Marcus Lemonis goes around and fixes failing business. The episode we watched was where he went to Swanson fish market and tried to fix their failing business, in the process of trying to fix their business he found a lot of unethical things they are doing, one of the unethical things they are doing is the mother pretty much giving up on the business and making the daughter handle all the financials when the has no experience doing it. Another unethical thing they did was make their employees take money out of their paycheck to pay for supplies that the store needed.
