It is obvious to everyone that the juvenile are the building block of society and through them we can build the basic structure of any community. It is sad to acknowledge that the drug problem has become more serious with expansion and technological progress which contributed to making the use of drugs a general problem. The drug use among teenagers is not limited to a particular country or segment of society, but has become one of the most important social problems that is faced in the social strata and educational institutions in most countries around the world. Adolescence is an interesting and important step for many people to go through. The juvenile delinquency is a serious phenomena that threatens the security, stability and development of any society. In this generation, drug addiction has many influences among the juvenile.
According to Monitoring the Future (MTF), inhalant use such as glue, shoe polish, gasoline, the propellants in spray deodorant, hair sprays, and canned whipped cream are increasing among American adolescent students since 2004 (Chepesiuk 2005). Also, the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) showed these inhalants may cause death for these juveniles, and glue, shoe polish, and the products contain toluene are used most commonly between ages 12 to 17 (Chepesiuk 2005).
