In the contemporary society, the population is higher, the economy is more developed. Therefore, the climate is influenced seriously by the development of economy or human activities. Climate change can be considered as a slow destructive influence that gradually impacts on human environment all over the world and one of the most important global issues nowadays. Besides that, climate change is impacting directly and rapidly human life. As results of that, the agricultural, industries and socio-economic will be affected worldwide in the near future (prevention). There are so many dangerous consequences of climate change such as sea level rise, green house effects and temperature rise nowadays. To be specified, Vietnam is a country that located in Southeast Asia, can be known as one of the vulnerable countries and being impacted directly by climate change. In 2005, Vietnam has been ranked as one of the countries, which has been increasing economies rapidly since the beginning of 20th century (sdw). Based on the advantage of the geographic location and climate, the economy in Vietnam, especially agriculture, is developing strongly and rapidly (sdw). However, because of the Vietnam’s long coastline and different topography, Vietnam is also known as one of the most influence countries by climate change.
